Processing & Shipping
Our handmade jewelry is made in our studio. Some pieces are exclusive and limited to one. Processing times vary from 1 – 5 business day.
Once order is processed please allow 3-5 days for delivery.
Returns
Exchanges or returns are allowed for defective merchandise. To initiate an exchange or return, please contact us within 5 days of delivery receipt, with photos that clearly show the defects. Once your exchange has been approved, you will receive an email with further steps on how we will correct the issue.
